” Turn down for what ” hitmaker, DJ Snake, a French DJ and record producer from Paris dropped his latest album video ” magenta riddim” which grabbed a lot of attention, especially in India, thanks to its quirky visuals which worth to make headlines.
Directed by Gal Muggia and Vania Heymann, who also helmed Coldplay’s “Up and Up” video, DJ Snake’s new clip was filmed in a small Telangana town in southern India. It’s a fitting setting for the Indian-flavored rhythms and melodies of the tune.
Talking about visual , the video seems to be shot in places of remote part of Telangana which involves lot of Telugu artist but the thing which must be folded here is , the visuals seems to exactly the way Telugu movie is been portrayed, stereotyping the fact that if you need the flavour of south India especially Andhra Telangana, cars weren’t meant to be driven in road , you got to fly as high.
The team rides around in a neon-tipped fire truck and while fire safety is seemingly their priority, there’s a humorous twist as to why their services remain in high demand.
Anyways, the visuals are rightly put through with the music, creating yet another hit for DJ Snake. Watch the video here:
